Jack Johnson, the famous music artist was born on March 18, 1975 in Oahu, US. His father was Jeff Johnson. Jack Johnson did his schooling from Kahuku High School at his hometown. He went to the University of California where he pursued degree in film. Johnson started playing guitar songwriting at the early age. He also played rhythm guitar for the band Soil which enhanced his passion of music. Jack Johnson, by breaking thousands of hearts, married his lover Kim On July 22, 2000. His family includes three children, two boys and a girl. He currently lives in Oahu itself.

Jack Johnson music career started around the year 2000. Johnson, in his starting days, was much involved in songwriting. He has also directed and starred two films. Jack Johnson also dedicated a major part of his profit from the world tour of the year 2010 in charity. Jack Johnson music and charity has also won and get nominated for several prestigious awards. The most recent award he has won in 2012 is “National Conservation Achievement Award in Communications” given by National Wildlife Foundation. He was also nominated for two Grammy Awards in the year 2006 for “Best Male Pop Vocal Performance” and “Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals”.
